Okay lets just say it. I know what I am looking for in an Admin, and dont be buggin me about being one. Cause I squeesh yeh. But to let everyone know, I dont choose favorites, I choose people who will help the site.
In general, I'm looking for;;
Respectable/Respecting:
People are respected and are respecting. They know which lines are where and not to cross them. =3
Kind
Not a happy-happy know-your-trying-too-hard kind of kind, but as in they help out, they know what they are doing, and a great person to be around.
Active
A definate good thing for me. They come on whenever they can, they say when they will be gone and for how long,
Roleplaying
They make roleplaying interesting, they are pretty literate at it, they are very original.

A D M I N

The admins are the most trusted and head people in charge. They are loyal, honest, kind, and trustworthy. They have all the powers, they can accept your character, and help around. If there are any problems, or questions ask an Admin, we'll be more than willing to help out. If there is a problem with any of the staff, or anybody else, that you dont like, please PM Spiff and it will be fixed.
C O - A D M I N S

The Co-Admins are second in charge, if the Admins, they fill in. They can also accept characters, and will help out. They are trustworthy and nice and respected. They have just as much power as the Admins.
M O D S

Mods are the people that help out with the site as much as they can. They clean up old threads, and they are an extra eye in case any Admins are not here.

The people who help with buttons, and make cool stuff for the site and members, and help with plots. They are the people who advertise and bring new members to us. (All members can do this!!)
There are alot of spots open, and if I do choose you as an admin, your character will be in a high ranked position on one of the three sides.

None of the admins/co-admins will not think twice to banning a member who deserves it and hurts the site and members in any way.
